I see therapy as a journey towards becoming more of ourselves, beyond our history and our wounding towards being authentic. Maybe what brings you to therapy is also an opportunity for growth, to live more fully. And at the same time, there is suffering. We can hold both. Maybe there are some patterns keeping you stuck, we can look at those together, creating more awareness around some of those edges. We are all on a journey and sometimes it can be very painful. I can't give you the answers but I can help you to find your own answers, walking alongside you as a guide. We can also look towards the more positive aspects of life, where you would like to be, your creativity and 'will' to create the life you choose, which is more and more possible as we start to see where our history may be keeping us stuck.
