I believe that every person has an innate capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. My work is rooted in a deep respect for the human experience in all its complexity, blending talking therapy with somatic, creative, and embodied practices to support meaningful change. I see therapy as a collaborative journey — one in which you are supported, heard, and gently encouraged to step into new possibilities.
With over 20 years of training and experience, I offer a therapeutic space that is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental, yet also gently challenging when it serves your growth. My integrative approach means I draw on a range of therapeutic traditions and tailor each session to meet your individual needs. I have done many extra trainings in Psychotherapeutic methods which enhances what I can offer you.
At some point in life, most of us face a crisis that can feel overwhelming, in these moments, it can be invaluable to have someone walk alongside you, offering support, witnessing your experience, helping you find to path to healing and new life.
