My Approach

My practice incorporates attachment theory, neuroscience and psychoanalysis. I trained at the Institute for Arts in Therapy & Education so in addition to talking therapy, I am trained to work therapeutically with play and different art forms to expand the language of communication.

About Me

I am a UKCP registered Integrative Child Psychotherapist. I work with children, adolescents and parents offering 1:1 psychotherapy in primary and secondary schools and in my practise in Wood Green, London. I also set up https://www.childandparent.org/ which helps ordinary parents become therapeutically informed.
