My Approach

I see individuals over 18 for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), which is usually 16 sessions, once a week, for 50-60 minutes per session. CAT helps people understand and revise the roles they enact with themselves and others. This can lead to a reduction of anxiety and depression.

Notes are compiled after each session, and they are kept confidential. Without naming you, I may discuss your progress with a supervisor or co-supervisor. Payments for sessions are in cash at the start of each session.

If you are wondering about whether or not CAT is for you, please ring me on (01223 561781) for a free 15-minute interview in Cambridge. If you prefer you can email me via my website at therapy-elia.co.uk

There is free parking.
