I offer Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, once and twice weekly Group Psychotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Re-Imprinting.
I have over 30 years experience, working in a range of mental health settings. Previous roles include : Clinical Lead, Brighton Therapy Centre; Principal Adult Psychotherapist, Sussex Partnership NHS Trust.

Following an initial consultation, if you feel that a group would be beneficial, it will be possible to meet for individual sessions prior to starting in a group.
