I have an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education in which I trained for four years. I am also accredited and registered with UKCP, HCPC, BACP and BAAT as an arts therapist and psychotherapist. Through my Integrative approach I combine Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Jung, and the Transpersonal, alongside consulting the latest developments in Neuroscience and Attachment research. This integrative approach gives us a range of options and means that together we can find the ideal way of working that suits you.
Whatever your reason for therapy, my aim is to create a non-judgmental and therapeutic environment where you can be authentic and where challenging feelings, thoughts and experiences can be communicated, sensed and understood.
