I am a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, currently working in private practice in Bromley.
I have worked with children, adolescents, individuals and families for the last 30 years in the arenas of education, social services and mental health. For 16 years I was employed by the NHS in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). I also have experience of working therapeutically in a couples’ clinic and in a GP surgery. Prior to qualifying as a Family Therapist, I was employed variously as a CAMHS Practitioner, a Social Worker and an Education Welfare Officer.
I work with all age ranges including children and adolescents, adults, individuals, couples and family groups. I can offer support for issues such as: anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, difficulties in family and couple relationships, parental separation and divorce, loss, and school issues such as school refusal, bullying, transitions and academic-related stress.
If you feel that systemic therapy might be helpful for you, please contact me and we can arrange to meet and think further about what you might want from therapy.
