As a Systemic Family Therapist, my approach is relational. In supporting individuals, as well as couples and families, we keep important relationships in mind during the therapy process. We explore the wider context, including cultural influences when considering current challenges.
I trained as a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist at the renowned Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in London.
I currently work with the NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service supporting clients with a variety of issues, including: autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic illness, parental mental health challenges, relational challenges, among others.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
