Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I am an accredited mindfulness practitioner and use Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) to help alleviate anxiety.
I have several years of experience working with both neurodivergent children and parents. The majority of my clinical work involves supporting individuals who are autistic along with other co-morbidities.
I am a Circle of Security facilitator and am able to offer this virtually. The Circle of Security is a parenting programme for caregivers of children: https://www.circleofsecurityinternational.com/circle-of-security-model/what-is-the-circle-of-security/ This can be delivered for children between the ages of 4 months and 10 years.
