I am a professionally qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist working with a wide variety of mental health and psychological issues. My approach to therapy is a pragmatic one; essentially I meet my clients where they are emotionally, by working at their pace and focusing and exploring the their whole way of being, looking at the ways which they have learned to relate to themselves and others and how they have learnt to respond to different situations in life. This approach allow me to help my clients develop insight into and become aware of their values, beliefs and limitations and help them connect to and improve their relationship with themselves and others.
My practice is within walking distance of London Bridge and Borough Stations, and can be easily accessed by bus from Liverpool Street, Monument, Bank and Waterloo Stations. It is a safe place to talk and explore difficulties within a professional therapeutic setting.
