I see the counselling process as collaborative – we will look at what your aims and objectives are, and how we can work together to achieve them. The time it takes for you to feel better can vary, so I like to offer 'open-ended' therapy to ensure that your healing process is given sufficient time.
Our first session will be an introductory one where we begin the process of getting to know each other, and decide whether we would be happy to work together. I don't have any expectations of what you should say or how you should be in your introductory session. You can share anything at all that is on your mind.
