I hold an MA in Humanist and Integrative Psychotherapy with Middlesex University at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. Humanist means that I believe that given the right conditions, everyone has the potential to live happy and fulfilling lives. Integrative means that in the course of my training I studied different theories and approaches which inform my work as a whole.
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist having completed a seven year training. I am well supported in my work with one to one and group supervision. I have experience working with people with a wide range of issues. I work in private practice, prior to this I worked for the NHS, the Swan Project and Akousis Counselling.
I have also completed a certificate in couples counselling.
I also have a background in art and education.
I am registered with UKCP and I abide by their ethical framework and code of practice.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
