I see therapy as an opportunity for you to get to know and understand yourself better, whether you are feeling lost in possibilities, stuck in patterns or puzzled by aspects of yourself, such as behaviours or affects that may take you by surprise.
My existential, narrative and trauma-informed approach aims at assisting you in finding meaning and making sense of your life by taking a step back from yourself and developing new ways of living that increase your sense of agency and autonomy.
By exploring together the impact of your present and past experiences I wish to help you accept yourself better, navigate life more easily and open up future possibilities, as you become more aware of where you are coming from, who you are now and where you would like to be.
