My Approach

Using clear boundaries combined with warmth and integrity, I encourage people to value themselves and use their resources. I place emphasis on meeting people where they are and working with what they choose to bring. I can include bodywork, play and other creative media in our work together, as well as dialogue and reflection. About Me

I am a gestalt psychotherapist, dramatherapist and creative arts supervisor. I have been working as a therapist since 2000 in organisations - NHS, prison, schools, day centres - and in private practice since 2010. I am a founding member of Golden Thread Playback Theatre company and play in a local orchestra.
