Everyone is unique and I adapt the way that I work for each client. Getting to the roots of difficulties through body psychotherapy takes time. I only work face to face as this enables us to pick up on the detailed, often unspoken, communications going on between us. Change is usually incremental and can be subtle, but small changes accumulate and build over time. Along the way the process of change can be fun and creative, as well as sometimes difficult and challenging. I am the author of "Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication in Psychotherapy." Norton (2015).
In the present crisis I can offer some limited online psychotherapy. This is with the aim of managing your day to day situation and disentangling past stressful and traumatic events that can be triggered by the suddenness of everthing changing and the climate of fear.
