Hello and welcome.
I am a Relational, Multicultural, Multilingual Integrative Psychotherapist. My therapeutic approach draws from relational, humanistic, and psychodynamic traditions. I believe that both your past and present experiences shape who you are today, and together we will gently explore any challenges that may be holding you back from living more fully and authentically.
I deeply value your culture, environment, and individual identity, while also recognising our shared human experiences. Embracing difference and diversity is at the heart of my work. I offer inclusive, culturally sensitive therapy to people from a wide range of ethnic, linguistic, and religious backgrounds, and have experience working in both Western and Eastern contexts—including private practice, rehabilitation settings, and with individuals from underrepresented or marginalised groups.
As a multilingual therapist, I offer therapy in English, Pashto, and Urdu. I understand the close link between language and identity, and how being able to express yourself in your mother tongue can bring greater comfort and depth to the therapeutic process.
I work in a trauma-informed way—gently and sensitively, always attuned to your pace. Whether you're facing current difficulties or carrying the weight of past experiences, I strive to offer a grounded and safe space for you to explore your emotions without fear of judgment. I pay close attention to how identity and life experiences—such as cultural expectations, intergenerational dynamics, or feelings of difference—can shape how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.
When we begin therapy, we’ll explore the concerns or difficulties that have brought you here. I offer a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and be truly heard. Through careful listening and collaborative reflection, I aim to support you in gaining insight, clarity, and self-understanding.
I understand that beginning therapy and building trust can feel daunting. That’s why I prioritise creating a therapeutic relationship rooted in safety, empathy, and respect. I offer weekly sessions in person, online, or by phone—flexibly tailored to your needs.
If you're thinking about starting therapy, I welcome you to a free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
