Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I can help you to find your personal coping strategies that will work
The grieving process is deeply personal and varies from person to person, influenced by factors such as the nature of the relationship, cultural background, and coping mechanism. Bereavement can affect mental, emotional, and even physical well-being, and support from friends, family, or professional counseling can help navigate this difficult time.
Navigating cultural issues requires awareness, open-mindedness, and effective communication. Therapy can help individuals explore these challenges, build cross-cultural understanding, and develop coping strategies.
While divorce can be painful, it can also be a chance for self-discovery, new beginnings, and building a life that aligns better with one's values and happiness.
Communication breakdown, trust issues, emotional distance, recurring conflicts, life transitions. Therapy provides a safe space to explore these challenges, develop healthier communication patterns, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connections. Whether as an individual or a couple, seeking support can lead to deeper understanding, improved relationships, and greater overall well-being.
