About Me

I am a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist, a Relate trained Couple Counsellor and a Psychosexual Therapist. I have worked with individuals and couples for over 25 years. I am also a Supervisor.

My Approach

My work is based on a relational-developmental model of integration. This means I believe very strongly in the healing power of the relationship between therapist and client/s and that the problems which impact our lives and our couple relationships often have their roots in the past. It is within a safe, contained therapeutic relationship that integration of past difficulties can occur.

I work with

  • Couples
  • Individuals

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
