Feeling anxious, depressed and desperately need someone to talk to? Wanting to break free from the things that are hindering you and discover a more positive sense of self?
At some point in our lives we all need a helping hand. It can often be easier talking things through with someone professional, who is objective and removed from the immediate situation. In a safe, accepting and confidential environment I can support you to explore and understand those things in your life that are hindering and holding you back from being the person you want to be. I can enable you to devise new strategies and positive ways of coping in order to facilitate your personal growth and development, as you gain increasing self confidence and a more positive and cohesive sense of self.
