In this day and age there can be many pressures impacting your mental health from multiple directions: friendships, family, romantic relationships, attainment, finances, achieving goals and many other things. I want to work with you and help restore hope where you may feel hopeless and help you create different possibilities and outcomes for your life.
For more than a decade I have worked for multiple local authorities and mental health settings working therapeutically, doing both individual and family sessions. I have a vast skillset for supporting people in times of crisis, those who have experienced complex trauma and varying mental health difficulties.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
