My approach has a psychodynamic/psychoanalytical base, a humanistic core, and an integrative vocation.
About Me
I have done my Psychotherapy training at the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust (Group 33). Following that, I did an integrated MA in Clinical Psychology at FPUL (Lisbon Faculty of Psychology). I have also trained as a Psychoanalytical Psychotherpist for Couples and Families. I am located in Lisbon, and I work in person, as well as online.
