I see therapy as a way of getting behind the immediate and isolating problems we face, to the richer, more meaningful layers that lie naturally within us. With a better understanding and awareness of oneself, it is possible to find a more settled way of being. I offer a safe and confidential space to discuss and be with whatever arises, allowing time for mindful reflection alongside the struggles and conflicts that life presents . The therapy is shaped by the unique needs of my client.
