My Approach

I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist. This means I will be able to form a unique treatment to meet your needs and I am skilled at using various art forms, imagination and metaphor to support your therapy. The use of the arts is an option available to you which I can support you with, equally we can just talk. I practice in a relational embodied way where creativity can support self expression, finding ways to explore that which is beyond words or hard to speak about. It can also help us to connect and explore deeper in to the underlying issues which bring you to therapy.

I offer a space where you are welcome to explore whatever is troubling you or making your life difficult currently. You may know what you want out of therapy or it may be a little less clear, and this is all ok. I will support you in an engaging way to work through this. It may be that current stressors are impacting your personal, social or work life, it could be relationships or experiences past or present.

About Me

I am passionate about helping people find their unique way out of their distress, and difficulty. I am known for my unfaltering hope, warmth, compassion, authenticity, creativity and dedication to my clients. I will provide you with a space to experience acceptance and whilst forming a deeper more meaningful understanding of yourself and how you are the way you are.
