My Approach

Psychosynthesis, transpersonal and spiritual. Psychotherapy, counselling and psychological coaching.
I offer help to individuals who long to become their true self, to follow your own path in life based on a deep sense of inner knowing. For navigating the rocky road of life, new patterns can be reshaped and healthier ways of Being can be created within the therapeutic space and our working alliance.

We help to rekindle your vitality for life, for you to work towards relief from emotional pain and distress, in the safe, peaceful and confidential place that I offer. Gradually coming to accept your whole self, you'll find self-compassion for the suffering you’ve experienced and ways to move on, integrating all of who you are.

About Me

Psychotherapy has helped me personally and, over time, I have benefited greatly. Through surviving a near death experience my awakening to life brought me clarity about my Self and my purpose; this led to my training as a psychotherapist. In recovery from the accident, I managed pain without medication by drawing on an inner resilience which comes from my yoga practice, as well as the wider tradition from which it emanates.
Through living and working in both Third World and First World countries, I absorbed differing cultural norms to transition between ways of life; using this exposure to enrich my identity. While being educated at boarding school, I suffered anguish on separation from my parents and the family unit; this enables me to connect with those who suffer aloneness.

Through having children, I am familiar with both the joys and hardships.

Through offering psychological support to my family for close relatives in recovery from substance addiction, eating disorder and self harming behaviour, I am familiar with depression, anxiety and coping mechanisms for survival in the darkest moments.

Disordered eating that disrupts your life.
Anxiety, depression, mood swings that lead to addictions to substances or processes, self harm or dependencies that disrupt your life and your self care.
