I work as a Transactional Analysis psychotherapist. Transactional Analysis is a relational approach that explores how we develop patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating over time, and how these can be understood and changed.
It draws on psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive behavioural traditions, offering flexibility in responding to individual needs. Central to my approach is attention to the therapeutic relationship and to working collaboratively with clients.
I am a psychotherapist working online with adults and have been in private practice since 2014. I offer psychotherapy to individuals and work with people at different stages of life who are seeking support with change, transition, or difficulties in relationships and sense of self.
My work is grounded in the belief that psychotherapy can support meaningful change, and that accessibility matters. Working online allows me to offer therapy to people who may not be able to find a suitable therapist locally or who prefer to work remotely.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
