My Approach

I am a transpersonal integrative psychotherapist. My approach to therapy is integrative, which means I use a variety of approaches based on the client's needs. Inner child work holds a special place in my heart. Psychodynamic and CBT approaches, creative work, dreams, sand trays, elements models, and planes of consciousness are also included in my work.

About Me

My home and workplace are in the UK. Greek by descent, I was born and raised in Australia until the age of seven. My first training was in hospitality, which I enjoyed very much during my time in the industry. However, I eventually embarked on a more spiritual and healing journey which led me to my training as a Transpersonal Integrative Therapist. For my clients, I am well-attuned and empathic, exhibiting a nurturing and caring nature. The priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Due to my Greek background and fluency, I am happy to welcome clients who prefer speaking in their native language during therapy. I have an interest in science, learning other languages, and neuroscience, and am a big fan of extreme sports.
