I am a Psychotherapist with more than 15 years’ experience of working with individuals, couples and families who have seen their emotional stability and relationships being impacted by life experiences, like physical or mental illness, trauma, loss, challenging transitions between life cycle stages, separation, relationship conflict or adverse childhood experiences.
I facilitate work that gives the opportunity to develop a better understanding of what is going on for you, a clearer idea of how you would like things to be, exploring and experimenting with ways how to achieve this. This can include processes, such as developing better communication skills, getting to know your individual and relationship needs better, increasing emotional literacy for yourself or within your relationships, processing past hurt, shifting your view or developing stress-response and emotion-regulation skills.
