My Approach

My approach is compassionate yet practical, helping you reframe your mindset, overcome childhood trauma, and build deeper connections. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your story and uncover the roots of your struggles. So whether you're a couple navigating challenges, a parent or a caregiver supporting a child’s healing journey or an individual feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, insight, and proven strategies for change.

About Me

I have always been deeply curious about people and the experiences that have shaped them into who they are today. I bring professional expertise and personal experience to my work as a trauma-informed psychotherapist, with a deep understanding of how childhood trauma shapes thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My journey into this field began as a foster parent, caring for children carrying the weight of trauma. It taught me firsthand how deeply our past can shape us—and how transformative the right support can be. Since then, I have dedicated my career to empowering people to overcome childhood traumas and transform their lives.
