I use an eclectic approach to meet my clients needs. I have 25 years experience in my filed specialising in human sexuality and relationships, Loss and bereavement, trauma as well as anxiety and depressive symptoms.

• I am a specialist BUPA Psychotherapist working as a specialist team member for BUPA oncology

• BUPAs support working with the Hillsborough disaster re-investigation.

• I am a family assistance team member with An international Emergency services organization, which can take me around the world to international disasters and working with trauma (I am specialist trained in Trauma response)
• I worked on the Lufthansa/German wings event and other major air disasters travelling round the world. Also work with other traumas including railway suicides, hotel room suicides, care home suicides, RTA’s, multiple car pile ups.
• (I am Kenyon trained in Trauma response) I have written on the subject of vicarious trauma- Vicarious traumatization when dealing with rape survivors.
• Just completed 2022 ACT Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Richard Bennett Author of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Routledge 2019.
