Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
I have worked successfully with many anxious clients, including help with OCD symptoms and intrusive thoughts
I am a trained bereavement counsellor and worked at CRUSE
I believe the quality of the relationship we have with ourselves is crucial to the success of our relationships with others
I work from a psycho-spiritual perspective using dreams & creative imagination to heal and marry the opposites within.
I am a registered training supervisor with 20 years experience
