About Me

I am trained to work with individuals, long and short term, couples and groups. I have practiced for approximately 26 years in London and Derbyshire working in private practice, with-in the NHS and for the voluntary sector and EAP's. My core training was as a Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist and later in other approaches i.e. EMDR, CBT and Solution Focussed therapy. My approach overall approach is relational and Integrative.
I offer therapy in a supportive and warm environment. I have a wealth of experience in working in many areas. I have continued to support myself and offer a good service to those who come to work with me by extensive and regular training. As a result I work with clients using a variety of methods to best fit what the client wants and your personal style.
