I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist and Addictions Counsellor with a range of experience of working in various settings.

My therapeutic approach is a Relational - Developmental one that is informed by an object relations and a psychoanalytic / self-psychology framework

I offer a relationally warm therapeutic presence and would describe my style as nurturing and supportive.

I work from a relational framework as I understand the need for Attachment is a primary motivation and drive in human beings.

I understand, respect and embrace individuality and uniqueness, therefore i take special care in offering individualised treatment to meet the needs of each client.

I am experienced in working with individuals with complex needs including clients presenting with trauma, depression, anxiety, burn out, personality disorders, eating disorders, addictions and a wide range of underlying relational and emotional problems.

I have held a number of senior positions in residential therapeutic programmes both in the UK and abroad where I have been responsible for programme development and delivery.

I have a private clinic in Stratford Upon Avon where I offer confidential treatment for a wide range of presenting problems.

I run a three hour relational psychotherapy group in Stratford Upon Avon every Wednesday evenings between 6.30pm - 9.30pm. This offers clients a rich environment to work with others. A psychotherapy group can be an incredibly safe, supportive and healing environment to explore personal struggles and receive identification and feedback in order to feel understood and connected. There is a maximum of eight spaces available in this ongoing weekly group. please contact me if you are interested in becoming a member. Fees are £65 per person.
