I am a qualified Systemic Family Psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience of working with young people and their families in various settings, including; Secondary Education, CAMHS and Children’s Services. I have worked therapeutically with adults in individual, couple and family contexts.
My systemic training means that I am curious about the everyday “systems” that each of us belong to (marriage, family, work, etc.), and the varying contexts/influences that affect how each of us are in the world. I believe that the therapeutic relationship can generate creative ideas, to establish ways forward, for when you feel stuck in life.
