I am equipped with skills and tools that cover psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and person-centred therapies. For clients who struggle to express themselves through words, this can include working creatively with art, sandtray, journalling, and other outlets to express their thoughts and emotions. We will work together to find the safest outlet for you.
I am an integrative, transcultural, psychotherapist. I specialise in supporting adults and young people with attachment issues, depression, anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, and complex childhood trauma.
My therapeutic practice is diverse and reflects the changing world we live in. I work with clients from all backgrounds, nationalities and walks of life. All are welcome.
I am accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work both in person and online.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
