About Me

I work in private practice and have experience working with adults, young people, couples or whole families. My work with clients focuses on developing self-compassion and exploring ways of expressing and processing feelings. I work with clients on a range of issues without judgement and offer opportunities to use creative materials.
I welcome enquiries from parents who are concerned about their children. I also have considerable experience working with birth trauma and post and antenatal depression and anxiety.
