If you have found me you might be feeling in need of finding a space to talk and be listened to. You might be struggling with low mood, angry feelings, depression, anxiety, bereavement, breakdown of a relationship or other life events.
I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor who can offer a private, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore and talk about what is troubling you.
I welcome anyone who feels that psychotherapy might be for them.
I work with people who are having psychological and emotional problems. I provide a safe and confidential space, where you and I can work together to explore whatever concerns or difficulties you might be experiencing. These might be concerns arising from recent events, or long-standing issues that you feel are preventing you from fully engaging in your life.
