I am particularly passionate about family-informed approaches. My experience includes working as an honorary therapist at Brighton Women’s Centre, supporting teens and their families at CAMHS, and my extensive experience as a secondary school/sixth form teacher, which inspired me to become a psychotherapist.
I integrate creative approaches, including dream work, to help navigate, understand and process complex emotions.
I offer both short-term and long-term open ended psychotherapy to adults and young people (15-18) in central Hove.
If you find it difficult to open up about your deepest concerns, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can share whatever is troubling or challenging you. Together, we can explore your inner world and examine how your past and present experiences shape your current feelings and relationships. This growing self-awareness can lead to a deeper sense of fulfilment and meaning in life.
By reflecting on your ways of being and relating with others - often rooted in early life experiences - change becomes not only possible but attainable.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
