I offer a private psychotherapy & counselling practice that provides a place to talk and explore issues and difficulties that are present for you in a bright and pleasant space conveniently located in a residential area of Luton.
Having someone listen to you attentively and patiently in a safe and confidential setting can enable a better understanding, facilitate change and lessen distress.
My background and training is in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling.
The approach I adopt draws on understanding from linking the mind and the body and the significance and importance of attunement. I am interested in incorporating discoveries and developments in neuroscience into my work.
Working integratively recognises the inherent differences of every individual and considering aspects of human experience within a therapeutic relationship.
I have a small dog, who sometimes accompanies me in my practice. Working with animals in therapy is becoming a valuable and well respected way of facilitating therapy.
I work over short or long periods of time, depending on what each person wants to address.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
