My Approach

Together I hope for us to find a way to become unstuck with the challenges that are present with you at the moment.
Challenges in life can be crushing at times.

Maybe we fear, judge and make assumptions when we try to make sense of our life.

What has happened along the way,
and how have you adapted to survive in the world?

I hope for you to be able to face the reality of how life is, and what matters to you.

My intention is to create a space of naturalness, trust,
and compassion, involving an holistic approach, by supporting your physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing.

On occasion I might give information, or offer suggestions to support the process,
and I welcome feedback too, as I have an interest in the therapeutic process of dialogue.

About Me

I am an existential psychotherapist and completed my training at Regents University London.

The training began with a one year post graduate certificate in counselling and psychotherapy.
This certificate linked on to a 3 year training towards an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy - level 7.
With the MA, I was able to enhance the experience further,
by completing a one year PG Certificate in Existential psychotherapy to become a psychotherapist.

I have a particular interest in anxiety, identity, transitions, depression, and
your unique way of seeing the world, along with our shared lived experiences too.

With a small private practice, I also meet with clients at a low cost counselling charity in Oxfordshire, where I’m a clinical manager, supporting placement and qualified counsellors.
