My Existential approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that before anything else we are human beings trying to make sense of our lives. I see therapy as a place to explore what it means to be alive - our choices , relationships, challenges, freedom, uncertainty , purpose and the search for meaning.
I don't experience challenges as something that necessarily need to be fixed or removed. Challenges can be part of what shapes us and invites us to discover something about ourselves. I believe in meeting you with curiosity, openness and compassion. Being alongside you , exploring what matters to you and
creating a safe enough space to be honest, vulnerable and curious about what it means to live.
I am offering online psychotherapy to adults and young adults over 18 years old.
I look forward to hearing from you : counselling26@hotmail.com
I am registered with the UKCP as an Existential Psychotherapist. (MA). A student who studied with Regent's University in London. I like to embrace the challenges that life brings. Challenges can bring heartache and challenges can bring happiness. I love adventure, trying new experiences, and feeling that we're part of something bigger than ourselves. I'm happiest when life has a sense of purpose, discovery and possibilities.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
