My Approach

Together I hope we can find a way to become unstuck with the challenges that are facing you at the moment.
Challenges in life can be crushing at times.

What has happened to you along the way,
and how have you adapted to survive in the world ?

Maybe we fear, judge and make assumptions, when we need to make sense of life.
I hope for us to be able to face the reality of how you are, what matters to you,
and perhaps explore relationships with family and friends too.

From another perspective how might friends and family see us.

My intention is to create space, a space of naturalness, trust,
and compassion, involving an holistic approach, by supporting our physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing.

On occasion I might give information, or offer suggestions to support the process,
and I welcome feedback too, as I have an interest in the therapeutic process of dialogue.

About Me

I'm an existential psychotherapist and completed my training at Regents University London.

My training began with a one year post graduate certificate in counselling and psychotherapy.
This certificate linked on to a 3 year training towards an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy - level 7.
With the MA, I was able to enhance the experience further,
by completing a one year PG Certificate in Existential psychotherapy to become a psychotherapist.

I've a particular interest in anxiety, identity, transitions, depression,
and your unique way of seeing and experiencing the world.

As well as meeting with private clients, I also meet with clients at a low cost counselling charity,
where I'm also a clinical manager, supporting placement counsellors during their training.
