Life can change suddenly with major transitions, loss, illness, becoming a parent, changes to family dynamics may leave you anxious, empty or stuck.
We might be experiencing low mood, excessive anxiety, or uncertainty about our identity after life changes and you are not alone.
I am offering online psychotherapy for adults, older adults, and young people struggling with the challenges of major transitions, loss, and identity. Together we can explore how you are, the quality of the relationships with yourself, friends and family.
I hope for you to gain a deeper understanding of who you are, to take meaningful steps towards change, and open up to how you connect with the relationships which matter to you.
A space to be seen, heard and understood, with gentleness, compassion, and openness.

Key information
I am registered with the UKCP as an existential psychotherapist and hold an MA in counselling and psychotherapy with a PG cert in existential psychotherapy from Regent's university in London. The UKCP reflects the highest standards of psychotherapy and counselling. Previous to my studies of psychotherapy I trained and worked as a midwife and nurse with the NHS.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
