About Me

As an accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor I offer private counselling and psychotherapy for young people, adults and couples. I also offer supervision.
I have experience in both the NHS and educational settings.
I work both long and short term and I adhere to the UKCP Code of Ethics.
I offer a safe, confidential, quiet place where clients will not be judged, somewhere to begin to make sense of things.
I believe that through recognising and understanding difficulties and the underlying causes, clients can cope better, become more in control and bring about lasting change.

My Approach

I work psychodynamically which means that together we think about the underlying causes of the things that you may be struggling with.
I work predominantly longer term, on a weekly basis.
I also offer supervision.
I work both face to face and online.
