I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist who provides a contained environment for you to express your thoughts and feelings openly. My approach is a collaborative process facilitating the exploration of hidden meanings that may pose challenges in your relationships.
I collaborate with my clients to explore historical patterns that may underlie current pain or avoidance. My approach is characterised by compassion, empathy and analysis, rooted in the belief that this combination wields profound healing potential.
Beyond working with anxiety and depression, I specialise in assisting individuals grappling with attachment and relationship challenges, confusion about one's own identity, feelings of loneliness and emptiness, gender and sexuality concerns, trauma, and low self-esteem.
I have trained for five years and hold a post-graduate diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. As an accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I am registered with the U.K. Council for Psychotherapy, and uphold their high standards in ethics.
