My approach is to help people articulate their current predicament, perceptions, emotional experience, relationships, to make sense of their experience and to facilitate strategies for development.
I have extensive experience in the NHS and private practice in adult mental health, family, couple, individual and group therapy. People come to me because they are at a crossroads in their lives and want to reflect on their choices, or they may be in quite serious distress or in a relational conflict or dilemma. In the initial session we evaluate together how therapy might help and whether therapy might be weekly, fortnightly or even less frequent, depending on your circumstances. I offer appointments all afternoons, including weekends and some evenings.
I have 2 therapy trainings - systemic therapy and group analysis. I also have a PhD in systemic practice.
My fee is £110 an hour. I have disabled access.
I also work with organisations, teams and with leadership across different sectors.
I run a Diploma in Systemic Leadership and Consulting as Co-Director of The Systemic Development Partnership.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
