UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
i have twenty years experience as a psychotherapist and counsellor helping a wide range of people. i have a particular interest in working with people with trauma, bereavement, cancer, disordered eating, body image issues, grief, anxiety, relationship complexities, eating disorders and depression. i also provide advisory and consulting services to organisations to support emotional and mental wellbeing in the workplace.
I completed a doctorate in existential psychotherapy (DPROF) at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a philosophical approach underpins my take on life and the way I will help you face whatever struggles you may have. I have experience of working with people with a broad range of issues and backgrounds, so I can support you in whatever you are wanting therapy for. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a business analyst, editor and writer, so I have a good understanding of work pressures, career crises and making major life changes and offer coaching and consultancy alongside my therapy practice.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
