About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist. In my development as a practitioner I draw from a number of principal theories and practices, notably attachment theory and emotionally focused therapy. I work in a way that is collaborative and relational, in both time-limited and longer term therapy.

I started and run the psychotherapy service at The School of Life HQ in London. I run workshops and speak at events and conferences.
