My Approach

Drawing from a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, I formulate a unique treatment plan tailored to your own specific concerns. I have experience of working with many deep-seated and complex problems, which would typically derail the majority of people. Most importantly, I also have extensive experience in shining a light on the way to move through these problems in a life-affirming and healthy way. I will provide a non-judgemental and supportive space for you to explore your thought processes and feelings, and will focus on developing a thorough understanding of how you experience yourself and the world around you. The aim of my work with you will be to collaborate so as to reach the most beneficial outcomes for you and those you care about.

About Me

Many years of experience have proved to me that, even if a situation seems utterly hopeless, there is always a way to navigate life in a more satisfying and emotionally fulfilling way. Often, all that is needed is another focused person with whom to work through the different situations that life presents to us - until we feel more confident to do so ourselves. This is the aim of my integrative practice - to offer you a space where you can address the issues that are troubling you, and develop yourself in ways that bring out the best in you, in support of your natural desire to live the most rewarding life possible.
