About Me

As a senior psychotherapist Cassandra works for the NHS in a secondary specialist mental service. She also works in private practice delivering services to individuals and groups. Cassandra provides supervision to counsellors, Psychotherapist and therapist in training. Her focus is on the dynamic connection between mind, body and heart and how we can mindfully create emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing within the context of our habitual conditioning, relational patterns, personality structure and life style.

Cassandra holds an MA in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Analytic Group Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Internal Family Systems psychotherapist (IFS). She is also a mindfulness teacher (MBCT) and yoga therapist with The Minded Institute; accredited by the British Council of Yoga Therapy (BCYT) and Yoga Alliance UK.
