I start by offering clients six sessions weekly, after which we will review how the work is going. Six may be just right, or we may plan to continue and review as we go along.
We will begin every session thinking about what you want and are hoping to get from the session, and go from there.
As we near the end of the work, we will reflect on and anchor what you have learned and are taking away with you.
I am a registered UKCP psychotherapist and have a Master's level Diploma from Processwork UK.
My ADHD coaching training is an Association for Coaching accredited qualification, delivered by Barrett Coaching and Training.
Hi, I am a psychotherapist and coach offering therapeutic coaching for people with ADHD (diagnosed, self-diagnosed/ suspected).
For many folk who are neurodivergent we often feel like we are the problem (which is the message we often receive in a neurotypical friendly world). This can lead to masking, disconnection from ourselves and others, low self esteem, anxiety and despair.
But what if we could reframe this and ask ourselves, what are we good at and what's getting in our way? What can we ask for in our work and our relationships that would allow us to be ourselves finally and to thrive?
In our work together I will support you to understand who you really are, what you really need and how to ask for that. We will find out how your particular brain works and what challenges you face; do you struggle to get your head straight, to retain information, to remember appointments? Do you struggle in your relationships, feel super sensitive to criticism and lack confidence? Do you find it hard to focus, organise and motivate yourself and to get started or see projects through? Are you burnt out or heading in that direction? Are you disconnected from what really lights you up and which may have steered away from because you haven't found a way to truly value and live it in the world?
Together we can find out what your strengths are and build on them to create a toolbox that you can draw from whenever you need to.
Crucial to the work is our relationship. If you feel safe and sense my respect that is the foundation for good work together. If not you, are better working with someone with whom you can find these key ingredients.
One way to find out whether we think we can work together is to have an initial session and see how it goes. I see clients online and sessions are 50 minutes long.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
