I offer a holistic approach that considers the connection between mind and body, and I will encourage you to learn about yourself and make your own decisions.
I have experience working with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including overall mental health concerns, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, significant events, family or work conflicts, grief and loss, perinatal emotional challenges, parenting, self-esteem, confidence, and stressors related to neurodiversity.
