My Approach

I no longer define myself within ‘an approach or type of therapy’. I can only state that my approach reflects empathy, kindness and genuine care.

About Me

I qualified as a psychotherapist over 20 years ago. Since 2011, I have been employed as a Specialist Psychotherapist within Reproductive Medicine at University College London Hospital UCLH. In addition, l undertake freelance work with The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health (CRGH) and The European Sperm Bank.

I have been inspired by my clients incredible resilience and l have therefore committed the past 22 years working with those struggling to create or extend their family. Prior to my position at UCLH I have undertaken similar work at The Royal Free and Barts Health Hospitals.

I can offer short term sessions in relation to this theme. Kindly note that my long term psychotherapy practice is full until 2024.

I have recently published work in relation to this speciality and I am committed to ongoing research, lecturing at UCL or as Panel Speaker nationally/internationally.

Note: My additional method of practice is a ‘Walk and Talk’ therapy session on Hampstead Heath, London.
