About Me

I offer a space to explore your inner world and understand the patterns shaping your life, both past and present. From this understanding, real change becomes possible: more clarity, more self-acceptance, and a stronger sense of who you are.

I aim to help you find space to grow and feel more authentically yourself. I believe we all have a unique path to becoming ourselves, and that even within dark and distressing experiences we may face is a chance to grow. This process can be challenging, for sure, but it is not something you need to do alone.

I am qualified as a psychodynamic psychotherapist practicing with adults. I trained and have worked in mental health for over a decade, and I bring that experience into the therapy room alongside a genuine curiosity about each person I work with.

I bring experience working with adults, families, young people and children, including in primary and secondary schools.

I trained at WPF Therapy, completing both academic and clinical training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and qualified with a distinction in my MA in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice, accredited by Roehampton University.

Alongside my psychotherapy work, I work in the field of creative health and delivering creative therapeutic interventions, as well as managing and designing service delivery. I have undergone training in the therapeutic use of visual arts and embodied/movement practices.

I work on a creative mental health project for children and young people at the charity Place2Be, where I've been since 2014 and have led the project for the past six years. I also teach on the MSc in Developmental Psychology and Clinical Practice at the Anna Freud Centre, in partnership with UCL, where I lecture on creative approaches to therapy with children and young people.

As a registered member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and FPC (Foundation for Psychotherapists and Counsellors) I adhere to their professional code of ethics, which includes regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

My Approach

I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy: exploring how past and present relationships shape who you are today.

I currently offer short-term therapy (3–6 months) both in person and online. After two initial consultations to identify a key theme, sessions become an open space to bring whatever is on your mind. We stay curious about links between past and present, using your key theme as an anchor for focus. If you need more support after our time together, we'll think about that, too.

I know first-hand how powerful it is to feel understood. That kind of space can help you feel steadier in yourself and clearer about what you need next. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially for the first time. If you're curious whether we'd be a good fit, please do reach out — I'd be glad to hear from you.
